It’s been a hands-on week across our sites.
In Chichester, we’ve cleared an old conservatory ready for a new orangery. Over in Crawley, a compact extension is taking shape with proper footings and insulation. And in Haslemere, the roof’s complete and the final hand-over has begun. Real progress on three very different builds.
- The old conservatory has been fully removed as we prepare for a stunning new orangery upgrade.
- Gas and electrical disconnections were safely completed to set up a clean working site.
- New footings are now being dug and reinforced, extending beyond the original footprint to create a stronger base for the build ahead.
- A compact but highly functional rear extension is taking shape.
- Footings, damp proofing, and insulation have been carefully installed. Even on smaller builds, we never cut corners.
- Matching brickwork below the house damp course ensures a durable, future-proof finish that blends perfectly with the main property.
- The roof is now complete on this elegant orangery, marking a major milestone.
- A replacement glass unit has been fitted after the original was damaged during transport.
- We’re now working through the final snag list with the customer, getting everything ready for handover next week.
